Our delivery costs are calculated upon the weight and the volumetric size of the goods in your basket together with the destination. The tables below show the delivery charges to the UK, Europe and The North American Continent. Prices shown are charged in £GBP, however, you may select your local currency from the list at the top of this screen and the correct amount according to current exchange rates will be shown at checkout.

Please note, you will be emailed on the day of despatch with a tracking number so that you may make arrangement to receive your goods, if you are not in when the courier calls they will leave a “Calling Card” and usually attempt another 2 deliveries on the following days. If you do not contact the Courier within 4 days of receipt of the final card, the goods will be returned to us resulting in a “Return Charge” being levied on us, this cost will be passed on to you. For the UK this amounts to £10.00+VAT

Heavier or valuable items are sent on a Next Working Day basis as detailed below. This service is not available to some parts of Scotland Weight 0 to 0.3 Kg >0.3kg or larger than RM Small Parcel Size £2.99 Sent by Royal Mail Next Working Day (costs as below) Sent by Interlink Express Orders are despatched via Interlink Express on a “Next Working Day” delivery basis and are fully insured for loss or damage. This is not a guaranteed service as with any business, problems do occasionally (very rare) occur and we will not be held responsible for any errors on the part of our courier. Generally, orders are despatched on the same day as ordered (before 3:00pm), however, at very busy times this may extend by a day or so, if your order is urgent please call us and we will do our best to get it out that day. Goods are generally delivered before 6:00pm and will require a signature. You will be contacted by Interlink on the day of delivery with a delivery estimate “window” of an hour – you may opt for delivery on a different day if the time is not convenient – you will receive instructions on the day of delivery on how to do this.For addresses North of Aberdeen this is a 2 day service. |
