Karlu Ltd is a company registered in England. Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site are directed solely at those who access this site from the United Kingdom mainland. Karlu Ltd makes no representation that any product referred to in the materials on this site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. English law shall govern this Agreement.

You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.

Accepting Orders

When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method. Karlu Ltd reserves the right to revise prices, correct errors on its website and refuse orders at its discretion.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you upon discovery of the error to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. Should we have fulfilled the order before discovering the error, we reserve the right to take back the goods and refund you the purchase price or charge you the correct amount.


All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevalent rate of 17.5% and do not include delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit/ debit card (excluding AMEX) or PayPal. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

Pricing – Non-EU Customers

Customers who reside and have their goods delivered out of the E.U Zone (i.e. US, Canada etc) will receive their goods Tax Free and will have UK VAT (currently 17.5%) deducted from the cost of their goods at checkout.

Please note that whilst we ship goods to you TAX Free, we are not responsible for any Import Duty or Tax that your countries Customs may charge, in these instances, you will need to settle with your Customs Authority yourselves (this is usually dealt with by the postal/delivery company).

Delivery Promises:

For orders received by 4:30pm (Mon – Fri) and are in stock at our warehouse, we normally despatch that day, however if we are experiencing high order volumes, this may take up to 48hrs. If an order is required urgently, please contact us direct on 01787 312200.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you by Email, as soon as we can and get hold of it as quickly as possible and advise you of the expected delivery date, and WHEN WE RECEIVE IT will send it to you immediately.

Please check your Online account for specific details on availability of your ordered items.

The delivery charge paid is for standard “Next Working Day” delivery once the item leaves us, unfortunately courier errors do occasionally happen and this is not a guaranteed 24hr service.  We do not refund for delivery charges in these circumstances.

Post and Packing – UK Customers:

All prices on this web site exclude Postage and Packing. Delivery Prices and shipping options are shown on our “Delivery Information” Page. 

Standard Delivery time is Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00hrs.  We are also able to deliver Pre-10:00/Pre-12:00 and Saturday AM – excess charges apply, if one of these methods is required, please call us on 01787 31220 to arrange, we are unable to upgrade delivery Service “Free of Charge”.

Post and Packing – Customers outside the UK:

Export Delivery charges quoted are only intended as a guide. We reserve the right to modify charges should they be significantly different from those quoted, although we will always inform you should this be necessary.

If the delivery charges are likely to be significantly different to those estimated on our site we will contact you, with the option of paying the exact charges or cancelling/modifying your order.

Product Availability:

Our web site is regularly updated throughout the day, to ensure that we provide accurate details on product availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability. We do list items on our website that are not stock items and are ordered to customer requirements, this allows us to offer the most extensive range of Studio products in the UK. Orders placed outside our warehouse open hours (10 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. UK time Weekdays) may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.  If you place an especially high-value order we reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation of your order details, prior to authorisation.

Special Order Items

If an item is marked as a “Special Order Item”, you will be charged at the time of order.  Special Order items are non refundable

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or any other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use or late delivery of any product purchased from Karlu Ltd.  If your order is urgent, please call us to confirm delivery availability.

Our UK courier normally delivers on a next “working day basis” or on a 2 working day basis for remote parts of the UK, whilst this is true for the vast majority of cases, occasionally they (like everybody else) suffer problems such as delivery drivers off sick, equipment failure at the hub etc.  Courier charges are not refundable in these cases nor is any liability accepted for any situation arising from late delivery.


None of the information given to us by our customers is given out to any external company. Please note that we have no control over Information held in YOUR PayPal account – please see PayPal for their Privacy Statement. Orders over 30 days old are archived and that information is not held available for anyone except the accounts dept, VAT & Tax officers. For our full privacy statement, please see the separate notice link at the bottom of this page.  We do not hold/see financial credit card information, this is dealt with separately by both HSBC and PayPal (dependant upon your payment method).
